Welcome to the Jolly Sailor

A JOLLY GOOD SUMMER

The sun is finally out and the Jolly Big Burgers are the star attraction down at The Sailor.  BBQ’s in the garden every weekend (providing the sun is out!) Come down and relax in the sunshine on our island and enjoy a pint or two.

We have Live Music every Friday from 9pm, and our Summer Music Party’s kick off with Jim Ramsey and Guy Johnson playing tracks by The Beatles on Saturday June 28th from 7pm.

To keep things Hot and Spicy, we will be having a Spanish night on July 11th, with Roland Chadwick starting the evening from 7pm with acoustic Spanish guitar and flamenco dancers in the garden, then back by popular demand Henry Ray will be finishing off the evening with his own Mediterranean mix and Tequila twists.  We will have plenty of sangria flowing and tapas on the menu.

Keep checking our website for updates and more Summer Events

Situated in Saltford between Bath and Bristol, The Jolly Sailor borders the River Avon.

Canoe enthusiasts, ramblers and families all enjoy the pubs spacious beer gardens and cosy indoor atmosphere.

The Jolly Sailor also offers hearty homecooked meals in the restaurant and bar area and often provides live entertainment when the sun goes down.

“A delightful riverside pub tucked away at the end of a long cul de sac by the River Avon. Part of the garden is an island in the middle of the river. There is a large partially covered (and heated) patio, with barbecue and Pimms in the summer. Two ever-changing guest cask ales” - British Pub Guide
