The historic Jolly Sailor riverside pub is situated overlooking Saltford Lock in a stunning location on the River Avon, between Bristol and Bath. The ancient listed building was constructed in 1726. Two large fireplaces create a cozy atmosphere in the winter with blazing log fires.
A beautiful beer garden overlooks the Lock with its constant activity of river traffic. A conservatory for indoor dining has wonderful views across the river to Colston.
Our renowned extensive menu ranges from light bites to full meat and famous fish dishes and daily specials. In addition, we stock a wide range of real ales and international beers as well as a full selection of fine wines.

Summer is on its way, and there's no place like the Jolly Sailor to enjoy a cold pint or a sizzling BBQ by the River. We're also going to have Hog Roasts on the weekends but it is advised to call ahead to avoid disappointment. Even in winter, our cosy fireplaces create a welcoming atmosphere to make you feel right at home on cold and wet winter days.
